Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of a robust workplace strategy practice, analyzing quantitative data to generate client insights, planning and conducting user research and stakeholder workshops, and translating strategic insights into space programs, scenario plans, and design guidelines that support diverse work styles and organizational growth.
The strategist also creates user‑experience strategies, illustrates portfolio and service models, and facilitates change management by developing engagement strategies and tailored communications. Leadership duties involve inspiring and mentoring staff, supervising direct reports, participating in talent acquisition, and ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and sustainability goals while developing standards and protecting SOM from financial and legal risk.
We are seeking a Senior Workplace Strategist who serves as a client‑facing subject matter expert implementing design strategy to win and support workplace projects. The role requires expertise in workplace strategy, processes, data, research, and change management, and involves developing methodologies, leading discovery efforts, supporting business development, and collaborating with design teams.
Minimum qualifications include at least six years of experience or equivalent, an undergraduate or master’s degree in architecture, interior design, design strategy, organizational development, or a related field, and proficiency with data analysis, visualization, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Excel/Google Sheets, as well as basic CAD and Revit skills. Strong verbal and written communication, the ability to translate complex analysis into clear narratives, collaborative mindset, and capacity to manage multiple projects are also required.
