- Assess adherence to Kaizen Quality Standards
- Conduct spontaneous mystery inspections at KAIZEN-managed properties
- Evaluate the property's physical condition, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with branding requirements
- Compile comprehensive inspection reports featuring ratings and observations
- Review signage, uniforms, front desk interactions, and building overall presentation according to Branding Guidelines
- Identify any deviations from established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure consistent reflection of corporate identity across all properties and touchpoints
- Document findings in an objective manner, including photographs, scores, and comments
- Participate in quarterly assessments of branding integrity and Kaizen performance
- Assess staff professionalism, service delivery, and the quality of customer interactions

- Strong knowledge of building operations, property standards, and customer experience.

- Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with on-site staff.
- Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in report writing, evaluation tools, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Diploma or degree in property/facility management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license with personal vehicle; immediate availability.
- Flexible to conduct visits at different times and locations.
