Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure proposals meet both technical and commercial requirements
Prepare accurate and competitive mechanical tenders within agreed deadlines
Analyse drawings, specifications, and other tender documentation to prepare precise cost estimates
Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations to support tender submissions
Identify opportunities for value engineering and contribute to project planning discussions
Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the building services sector
Competent user of estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, consultants, and team members
Strong technical understanding of HVAC and public health systems
