Centre Manager

Description

The Centre Manager will oversee day‑to‑day property management of Floreat Forum and West Leederville Shopping Centre, leading a team to manage, lease, market and operate the centres to the highest professional standards and maximise net return for the owner.

• Implement Management Agreement responsibilities for the centres.
• Prepare and analyse budgets, business plans, monthly reports, forecasts and audits.
• Communicate strategy and asset plans to the management team.
• Assist with leasing documentation and disclosure packages as required.
• Maintain centres to high standards and minimise liability risks.
• Conduct regular site inspections, produce reports and follow up issues promptly.
• Collaborate with external consultants to improve retailer productivity and presentation.
• Build positive retailer relationships to explore productivity improvements.

Requirements

• Possess 5+ years retail property management experience and knowledge of the Retail Act.
• Hold Real Estate & Business Sales Representative Registration in Western Australia.
• Hold a degree in Property, Business, Management or related field (desirable).
• Demonstrate strong reporting, analytical and Microsoft Office skills.
