To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required / instructed in order to maintain and / or improve the efficiency, quality and service of the department.
Liaison with Sales, Contracts, Engineering, and global Operations staff to deliver customer requirements within timescales, budgets and operational constraints.
Work to ISO 9001 quality standards.
Secondary designs required for specific customers which are outside the standard configurator system. This could involve trialing them through prototype build.
Interpret customer requirements and internal specifications and produce a detailed design using 3D CAD
Proactively acts to gain customer trust
Issuing drawings and bills of material to the factory and customers using the Lucy CAD system
Facilitates open communications
Positively contribute to achieving the budgeted annual sales target.
