The 27‑month Graduate programme in offsite manufacturing blends modern methods of construction with engineering, manufacturing, and construction management, allowing rotations through key departments to understand how projects move from design to factory to site, including supply‑chain, cost control and contract administration for modular delivery.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with fresh ideas, a passion for the built environment, curiosity, resilience and a commitment to technical excellence, holding or nearing a Quantity Surveying degree and ready to start in September 2026.
