Candidates must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with two to three years completed in Architecture, Construction Management, Business or Engineering. Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration skills and the ability to meet deadlines are required. The Summer Intern position in Project and Development Services runs from June 1 to August 7, 2026 in New York, NY and is an in‑person role. Interns will learn project management fundamentals, vendor management processes and real‑estate development execution strategies while supporting the project team. The role offers exposure to space‑planning scenarios and interaction with a variety of clients. The internship does not include relocation assistance, housing or visa sponsorship.
The estimated compensation for the internship is $10,000 for the year, though actual pay may vary based on qualifications, location and market conditions.
