Ensure the compliance with our Income tax Financial Standard Practices (FSPs).
You will oversee the preparation and review and completion of the federal, state and local income tax returns, extensions and estimated tax payments of the company and our subsidiaries.
Coordinate income tax account reconciliations.
Monitor legislative, administrative and judicial developments.
Support Tax Managers and Analysts.
Assist Corporate Tax Team with other non-Income tax related topics.
Preparation and review of income tax responses and supporting documentation for federal and state tax agency notices and audits.
Help test the Income Tax FSPs with internal audit and attest firm.
Help with accounting for all elements of the quarterly and annual income taxes.
Work with other Tax Analysts to ensure all daily tasks are being completed and reviewed if necessary.
Help evolve the tax reporting function, tax technology tools, and technological enhancements.

3+ years
Proficient tax and non-tax (e.g., MS excel (can perform complex functions)) software skills. Experience with Hyperion, CorpTax, OneSource, and SAP are a plus.
CPA preferred.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
MBA or master's in taxation preferred.
Support with rewriting FSPs.
3+ years' experience required, in public accounting or manufacturing sector.
