Participate in the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of flux/variance analysis.
Support account coding corrections and reclasses while identifying and addressing underlying issues such as department or account mapping discrepancies.
Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
Partner with AP, FP&A, HR, and cross-functional teams to gather supporting documentation, resolve accounting issues, and improve workflow consistency.
Collaborate with various departments to provide actionable financial insights and support informed business decisions.
Perform a variety of general accounting tasks including cash reconciliations, prepaid expenses, payroll-related accounts, and month-end accruals.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, ensuring proper classification of all transactions.
