Conducts field checks and site walks to verify compliance with assigned metrics related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or other assessment criteria
Facilitates resolutions related to QAQC issues
Responsible for monitoring and addressing KPIs with CPT/PMO
Assists in process improvement initiatives and coordination
Coordinates with CPT for timely and accurate responses to requests for information
Supports in addressing matters with the CPTs and PMO related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), KPIs, and assessments
Assists in preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines
Manages data collection for status report updates, and reviews documentation as needed with CPT/PMO
Maintains various trending reports for assigned campus i.e. RFIs, CCDs
Participates in, and occasionally runs, QAQC meetings
Reviews project risks and coordinates with CPT to develop project status reports
Reviews construction change orders and construction field orders
Assist in the development of new trending reports and attributes for assessments
Develops monthly project status reports for all assigned active construction projects
Reviews construction and professional services contracts
Assist in the development of Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
Generates and distributes meeting minutes and maintains project files for reporting
Reviews project data for conformance to SOP and/or QAQC metrics
Provides technical skills and coordination support to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) Department
Coordinates with Program Management Office (PMO) staff, College Project Teams (CPT), and College staff
Coordinates and prepare materials for CPT workshops
Supports and compiles data for on-going audits, as necessary
Assist in SOP GAP analysis

BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related degree. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis
Experience with audits
Experience on large public works programs
5-8 years minimum recent professional experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documents
Experience on Educational programs/projects
Strong written and verbal communications skills
