Description

Based in Aberdeen, the HR Administrator will join the Subsea Services HR Team as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle. The role involves maintaining records, managing onboarding, and collaborating with payroll and other functions to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Maintain employee records and update internal HR and finance systems.
• Manage onboarding and probation processes.
• Prepare HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Payroll to provide employee information and conduct checks.
• Handle HR inbox, responding to employee queries promptly.
• Serve as focal point for HR‑related employee questions.
• Generate reports on HR data.
• Review and revise company policies.
• Administer employee benefits, produce monthly reports, and liaise with external providers.
• Plan and organize a varied workload, handling changing demands effectively.
• Contribute to the energy transition and unique offshore projects.

Requirements

• Hold a relevant business/administrative qualification (desirable).
• Possess at least 2 years of HR or office experience.
• Demonstrate high computer literacy in Word and Excel.
• Have HRIS experience; Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Demonstrate problem solving, accountability, and adaptability.
