Execute Systems Engineering processes to deliver successful project outcomes, including requirements management, interface management, validation and verification, configuration management and progressive assurance.
Effectively communicate expectations, track performance of engineering teams and subcontractors, and take proactive measures to address technical challenges.
Provide oversight and support for various stages of systems testing.
Ensuring the various project/segment teams comply with the system lifecycle processes defined in ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288.
Lead the integration and interface of the Systems with civil structures, elevated guideways, tunnels, stations, O&M facilities, as well as with the existing rail transit systems in revenue operation.
Manage the successful delivery of Design and Construction Interface requirements.
Lead teams responsible for design, procurement, installation, integration, configuration, testing, and commissioning of transit Systems.
Manage multi-disciplinary internal engineering resources on the project.
Interface with the Systems Design Team and others to determine schedules, monitor design progress, support systems integration, and coordinate the procurement, installation and T&C activities.
Engage with the Testing and Commissioning team at key stages to ensure success of the Testing and Commissioning program.

Proven experience managing large, complex rail or transit infrastructure projects in a client-facing role.
