- Setting up new suppliers
- Responding to payroll enquiries and producing reports as needed
- Generating payment runs weekly and end of month
- Preparing payroll reconciliations, reports, and financial summaries to support management and compliance
- Maintaining employee records such as new hires, terminations, pay adjustments and leave
- Processing end-to-end payroll, including all relevant payments and statutory obligations
- Oversee the Accounts Payable function including:
- Enter purchase orders into system
- Mentoring and guiding the Accounts Payable Officer
- Take ownership of the Payroll function:
