Support the development of an accurate annual budget, effectively manage the budget, and provide analysis for forecasting changes.
Effectively plan for, budget for, and manage operations headcount needs driving strong labor efficiencies.
Continually benchmark best practices and drive effective application of the Stanley Black and Decker Production System (SPS), Industry 4.0 and upskilling of our associates.
Provide plant and team leadership through visioning, goals, expectations, performance management, coaching and communication, employee engagement, employee development, and employee relations.
Manage material requirements to increase inventory turns and reduce levels on hand.
Provide leadership for root cause analysis and effective problem solving, yielding immediate and long-term corrective actions and sustainable enhancements.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations (e.g. OSHA), as well as all company policies and standards, including cost control, human resources, on-time delivery, quality, safety, and waste reduction.
Balance work cell loading across the plant and leverage strong material flow optimization opportunities.
Identify, justify, communicate, and drive implementation of capital investments and improvement projects.

Minimum of ten (10) years of related progressive manufacturing operations site leadership experience in a multi shift environment, managing multiple business functions.
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma a plus.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with proficiency in the following areas:
Financial analysis, including understanding and use of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.
Ability to create followership and lead an organization through significant change and improvement.
Highly customer responsive.
Knowledge of ISO 9000.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field/experience.
High volume assembly operations preferred.
