Operator IV

Description

The Operator IV role ensures installations perform as required under existing procedures and policies, monitoring operations to deliver semi‑finished products that meet specifications.

• Adjust installations per procedures and policies.
• Operate pumps, open/close taps, and similar equipment.
• Respond to and fix system alerts.
• Conduct quality checks to meet process requirements.
• Identify and address non‑conformities during production.
• Control product output volume of each installation.
• Perform auxiliary production tasks as directed.
• Execute small maintenance activities and support larger maintenance efforts.
• Assist maintenance technicians and electricians with major repairs.
• Coordinate with weighbridge and bagging operators to ensure continuous flow.
• Record production data in the designated IT system.
• Use and maintain personal protective equipment per safety policy.

Requirements

Candidates should have a high‑school diploma or equivalent experience, prior experience in a similar role, and the ability to read and comprehend technical English.
