Design and maintain user-focused informational articles and videos covering relevant technology topics.
Maintain and troubleshoot file sharing systems for use with external users and organizations.
Provide on-site support at remote offices and outside of regular working hours as required.
Coordinate shipping and reclamation of computer hardware to and from remote offices.
Generate and maintain team-focused articles and documentation on recurrent issues and known solutions.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding within the scope of assigned duties.
Troubleshoot, install, and upgrade end-user software and hardware.
Work with outside vendors for product-specific support.
Maintain proper documentation and storage of deployed and available hardware assets.
Provide guidance and training to other Information Technology team members when requested or required.
Image, configure, and set up desktop and laptop computers and associated peripherals at employee workstations.
Provide one-on-one or small group end-user training on relevant topics and systems on an as-needed basis.
Assist with company-wide software rollouts and technology upgrades.
Field incoming service desk requests from users via ticketing system, email, telephone, and in-person in a timely, courteous manner.

One to two years of experience in a relevant industry role or two years of active enrollment in a relevant degree or certification program is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field of study is preferred but not required.
OHM Grad School
Relevant industry certifications are beneficial but not required.
Working knowledge of modern enterprise computer hardware and software.
Possesses talents and strengths in communication, conflict resolution, user education, problem solving, and self-education that allows them to excel in developing and maintaining strong relationships with staff and team members.
Ability to lift and carry devices and equipment of varying sizes and weights.
Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office 365.
1+ year of equivalent work experience in an IT support role or active enrollment in a relevant degree program.
