We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands‑on leader to serve as Director of Existing Building Services division. This role will oversee all facets of renovation and preventative maintenance projects for existing facilities, including retrofits, upgrades, system replacements, and ongoing building services work. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and business acumen to deliver high-quality, safe, and profitable projects while supporting the organization's long-term financial goals.

Experience designing and enforcing safety, compliance, quality control, and commissioning procedures.
10+ years of experience in commercial construction, HVAC management, or existing HVAC building services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Deep knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, and maintenance operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record managing renovation, retrofit, and maintenance projects in existing buildings (i.e., HVAC, Mechanical systems).
Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across sites.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor management
