Familiarity with aircraft maintenance troubleshooting and operational workflows
Strong understanding of data systems, digital product development, and technology implementation
Experience with regulatory compliance in aviation data management (e.g., FAA, EASA requirements)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), data warehousing, and enterprise data architecture, including understanding of cloud security principles
Experience with Grafana, Python, and data visualization platforms
5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in defining and launching data products or digital solutions
Aviation industry experience, particularly in aircraft operations, maintenance, or data systems

Background in IoT, telematics, or connected vehicle/aircraft data products
This role involves regular collaboration with team members in diverse BETA work environments, including aircraft hangars, flight operations facilities, laboratories, and hardware development areas. Candidate must be comfortable working in active technical environments to gain firsthand understanding of the customer data experience and operational workflows. Occasional travel is also anticipated to understand customer operational ecosystems and engage with key stakeholders.
