Participate in monitoring and inspecting subcontractor work to ensure alignment with contract documents.
Support oversight of subcontractors and vendors to help achieve Project Safety objectives.
Aid in documenting quality-compliant work through as-built drawing walk-downs.
Contribute to the development and upkeep of preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans.
Record daily construction activities using the Electronic Daily Report system.
The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other "non-administrative" areas.
Help create and manage Project Rolling Completion and Punch Lists.
You will visit construction sites and will be required to take site safety training and adhere to site safety rules.

Must be able to climb ladders as necessary.
Must be able to adhere to strict cleanroom gowning protocol.
Overnight travel or staying in the city of the Client’s location is possible, depending on the assignment.

1+ years of experience (may be Co-Op or Intern experience) in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.
Must have the ability to travel and commute on a daily or routine basis.
Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods.
Must have access to reliable transportation.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.
This position will have 25% travel, or as required by the assigned project.
Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, which may include exposure to varying working conditions.
Work schedule may require flexibility, including availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, as well as weekends.
Must possess the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required.
