We are looking for someone with a passion for ecology, strong knowledge of wildlife legislation, and the ability to carry out UKHab surveys, impact assessments, and biodiversity net gain studies. Strong botanical identification skills, experience with protected‑species work, and CIEEM membership or chartership eligibility are essential, as is a full UK driving licence.
The role may require security clearance, which will be discussed during the interview process, and candidates must provide proof of five years UK residency if needed. We are committed to an inclusive culture, offering flexible working arrangements, employee resource groups, and equal‑opportunity employment for all backgrounds.
At AtkinsRéalis we shape the future of cities and environments through a collaborative culture where every voice is valued equally. Our flexible and remote working policies help employees balance work and life, and we pride ourselves on a genuine, supportive environment that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
We offer competitive salaries, flexible holiday allowances, and a hybrid working culture that supports health, wellbeing, and lifestyle choices. Employees benefit from tailored rewards, extensive training, professional development, and a range of inclusive, family‑friendly policies.
