Operate with a high level of autonomy to meet the marketing communications team's goals of progressing the PIM database and better positioning our online product offering.
Utilize Excel, PIM systems (Inriver, Kontainer, Informatica, and similar), ecommerce, and maintain a understanding of the industrial coatings business and data integrity standards.
Oversee the syndication of product-related content to web, mobile apps and eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless and consistent content distribution.
Maintain digital assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including images, videos, technical data sheets, and color swatches.
Act a PIM subject matter expert and coordinate with the Data Unity product leader to ensure product listing accuracy and maintenance.
Enforce data integrity and compliance with established data standards within the PIM system.
Develop and maintain new data taxonomies (fields) within Informatica/PIM to support evolving business needs.
Collaborate with technical product management, Science & Technology (S&T), Color and Marketing teams to gather, update and validate product information.
Perform light editing and refinement of data assets as needed, such as resizing images, changing file formats, and merging data.
Collaborate with PIM product owners to ensure that the system's features and functionalities effectively support business operations and ecommerce requirements.
Support PIM implementation project rollout and ongoing by collecting and maintaining product information for the industrial coating's product portfolio, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist eCommerce, Marketing, Sales teams with requests for product data.
