The Senior Program Controls Manager will join TYLin’s team at San Francisco International Airport to partner with airport leadership, project managers, consultants, and contractors in delivering complex capital improvement initiatives. This senior leadership role focuses on program‑wide controls within a highly regulated, fast‑paced airport environment.

Lead and oversee program controls functions across SFO’s capital improvement program, including cost management, scheduling, change control, risk management, and reporting.
Establish and maintain program‑level standards, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance across all projects.
Integrate project information from multiple systems to provide accurate, timely insights to executive stakeholders.
Develop and deliver executive‑level dashboards, reports, and briefings supporting strategic planning and decision‑making.
