Manage job architecture and carry out job evaluation and grading for new or revised positions using the HAY methodology.
Prepare the Head Office staff budget and plan, consolidate annual staff plan budgets across entities, and coordinate and execute the annual merit and bonus cycle.
Advise managers and employees in the Head Office on compensation topics, and support HR Managers in the Business Units on C&B projects, salary structures, pay ranges, and related frameworks.
Develop, review, and update Compensation & Benefits policies, procedures, and Employee Handbooks; regularly benchmark compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness and alignment.
Prepare Group HR reports and dashboards, analyse HR data, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, and translate market and regulatory developments into recommendations.
Monitor performance management processes in the Head Office.
Coordinate and implement wide C&B projects and initiatives with local HR teams.

Proven experience in a Compensation & Benefits role.
Preferably, a consultancy background in C&B/job evaluation and a strong interest in transitioning into an in-house corporate role.
Good understanding of HRIS/compensation modules, preferably Oracle.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field from a reputable university.
Required candidates with working experience in Qatar (past or present)
Advanced user in Power BI and Excel, with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets.
Expertise in job evaluation and job grading using the HAY methodology.
