Description

• Track and analyze m a rke t co mp arab l e s and b e nc hm ark projects
• Create a n d m o dif y complex financ i a l m o dels , i n cluding c a s h f low projections , va l ua t i on m o del s and sensitivity an al yses
• Coordinate capi t al calls and prepare projec t up d ates t o investors
• Review and analyze Request for Proposals (“RFP”), as well as participate in the preparation of RFP submission packages
• Assist in review of design documents, participate in consultant coordination meetings, and use discretion for solving project design coordination issues
• Participate and assist with preparation of government agencies program applications
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for investors
• Evaluate credit data to determine the degree of risk involved in order to prepare in v estmen t me mos for debt an d equity p r oviders, assis t wit h due d iligence for lenders
• Assist on execution of development agreement obligations
• Prepare an d m o dif y development bu d g ets for new and o n ‐goin g projects
• Prepare pr e ‐ development and d evelo pm ent schedules
• Assist on execution of major project agreement (hotel management agreements, loan agreements, etc.) obligations
• Assist in preparation of offering plans and marketing efforts
• Participate in the process of sourcing new development and acquisition opportunities

Requirements

• Office environment with the usual office equipment and minimal noise level

• Excellent o r a l and writte n c o mm u nic a ti on skills , ab i lity t o prese n t recommendations and interact wit h the senior m a n a gemen t an d investment partners
• Sound business judgement
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required
• Strong financial, interpersonal, and ana l ytical skills
• 2 ‐ 4 years of r elevant experience in real estate dev e l o pmen t or i n vestment, business m a n a gemen t, architecture or other rela t ed activitie s in the real es t a t e i n dustry
• Great attention t o detai l , work ethic an d administ r ative skills
• Travel to Utah project site, as necessary
• Advanced knowledge of budgets, cost reports and accounting terms
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of general workflow and processes for the construction of buildings
• Ability t o wor k as part of a team in an entrepreneu r ial envi r onment
• Advanced degree preferred
