Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification with 5+ years in managing IT projects or Manufacturing plant/sites experience. Will also consider Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.

Track record of supporting and driving local and global digitalization initiatives. Successfully managed IT and OT Infrastructure implementation (LAN, Switch configuration, Firewall, Testbeds etc.)
Analytical mind and able to identify and process different ideas and opinions independently and summarize them for possible solutions to stakeholders and executives. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Proven experience in partnering with a business, cross functional teams, analyzing and strategizing requirements from a technical and business perspective as well as taking ownership of IT/OT related topics at site and driving resolution
