- Report progress, risks, and integration status to senior project leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across integrated systems
- Coordinate sequencing, scheduling, and commissioning activities to avoid clashes and delays
- Act as primary point of contact for technical and delivery issues that cut across packages
- Capture lessons learned and supported continuous improvement
- Manage interfaces with client, licensors, EPC partners, and other contractors
- Lead integration across all BBK scopes (MEP, process tie-ins, control systems, modular systems)
- Oversee multi-disciplinary design reviews, ensuring constructability and compliance with project requirements
- Develop and maintain interface management plans, trackers, and risk registers
- Provide leadership in resolving integration challenges during design and construction

- Proven experience in multi-disciplinary coordination and interface management
- Strong track record in delivering complex industrial or energy projects (power generation, petrochemical, oil & gas, or process plants)
- Knowledge of MEP systems, process plant integration, and commissioning planning
- Degree (BEng/MEng or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or related engineering discipline
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
