Lead Commercial Sheet Metal Installer / Foreman

Description

• Mentor and train apprentices and junior installers—build a solid team that performs with pride.
• Work directly with project managers and general contractors to keep projects running smoothly.
• Maintain detailed records of job progress, materials, and hours.
• Lead and supervise a crew of HVAC installers on commercial sheet metal and ductwork projects.
• Occasionally travel within Texas for out-of-area projects.
• Ensure top-quality, code-compliant installations that meet or exceed project specs and deadlines.

Requirements

• VRF system experience and EPA certification are a plus, not required.
• 2–4+ years in a lead installer, foreman, or supervisory role.
• Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• 4–6+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience.
• Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and sheet metal installation best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Tools & Tech: All necessary tools provided; streamlined processes with experienced PM support
