Coordinate with relevant Authorities for processing and approval of Building Completion Certificate.
Assist the PM and/or RE in performing the contractual duties on site.
Oversee junior engineers and inspectors for all structural and civil works and ensure that construction activities comply with contractual obligations and quality control standards.
Perform design review and submittals review.
Advise the project manager on any technical aspects of the Structural and Civil disciplines that may affect construction progress, quality and the like.
Provide resolution for technical engineering problems within the assigned discipline(s); coordinate application of solutions to ensure progress on site.

Proficiency with industry standard software (MS Office, Autocad, PowerCAD, AGI32/Dialux, Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat).
An advanced understanding of Structural codes and standards.
12+ years’ experience in the design review and construction supervision of structural and civil construction and the ability to lead and manage structural and/or multi-disciplinary teams undertaking residential, commercial, industrial, education, health, transport, infrastructure projects.
Understanding of local authority, utility, Kahra-maa and QCDD requirements (relevant to structural/ civil disciplines).
Structural/ Civil Engineering Degree holder with MME Grade A registration as minimum
Ability/desire to carry out coordinated design review in the Revit/ BIM environment.
