Analyze weekly SKU-level business performance across channels making recommendations on assortment, visual merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize digital shelf.
Prepare, validate, and maintain merchandising areas and content for website builds and launches, including images, product cards, navigation elements, search attributes, taxonomy, cross sell, product data and categorization; ensure all content meets brand guidelines and legal requirements.
Train market teams on foundational merchandising elements and CMS functions
Partner with cross functional teams to identify key digital levers and craft and execute online merchandising plan
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure all consumer touch points and messaging are consistent with our merchandising vision
Support larger Digital Experience Team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Develop, validate, and optimize global product assortment
Coordinate with PIM and IT teams for SKU uploads, enrichment analysis, and asset management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, or buying.

Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to drive projects independently and adapt quickly.
Potential to Manage and develop people as the organization requires
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Understanding of the retail eCommerce landscape
Experience driving strategy to effectively upsell and cross-sell across online channels
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing complex workflows.
Experience working in a matrixed environment
Multilingual or experience working in international markets is a plus.
Solid experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with global website launches and digital merchandising at scale.
