Assist with month-end closing activities (accruals, AP aging review, reporting).
Support audits by providing documentation and responding to requests.
Maintain vendor files, ensure proper coding, and manage vendor onboarding and updates.
Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly.
Review invoices for proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements within the AP function.
Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding issues or credits.

Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Esker, Epicor) preferred.

Solid in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AP best practices.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and customer service driven.
