What you would be doing

- Ensure models are structured for downstream uses such as 4D/5D BIM and asset data integration (COBie).
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and authorities to align design models with deliverables.
- Maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client-specific requirements (e.g., RTA, Ashghal, ADM).
- Contribute to project documentation, QA/QC, and handover submissions.
- Assist in automating workflows using tools like Dynamo for Civil 3D where appropriate.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models (roads, utilities, structures) and resolve design clashes using Navisworks Manage.
- Participate in clash detection reviews, quantity takeoffs, and generate accurate reports for design and construction teams.
- Develop and manage BIM models for roads, highways, and related infrastructure using Civil 3D and InfraWorks.
- Support the design team in producing aligned and profile-based designs, surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks.

- Familiarity with Bentley OpenRoads or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage deadlines, coordinate across disciplines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in BIM for roads and infrastructure projects.
- BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM) is a strong advantage.
- Experience working on Middle East infrastructure projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Design, or related discipline.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience in BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud for model collaboration.
- Understanding of GIS integration, utility coordination, and smart infrastructure workflows.
- Expert in Autodesk Civil 3D – including alignments, profiles, surfaces, and corridor modeling.
- Proficient in InfraWorks, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
