BIM Architect

We are seeking an Architect BIM to join our team, working closely with Senior Technical Designers on design-build and design consultancy projects. The role focuses on technical and design integration, supporting project delivery and ensuring smooth coordination across disciplines.

• Ensure project information is structured and aligned with established BIM workflows.
• Develop technical and integration skills within a supportive, learning-focused environment.
• Contribute to spatial coordination, ensuring seamless integration of multiple disciplines.
• Support Senior Technical Designers in integrating architectural, interior, and building systems within workplace projects.
• Participate in design reviews, contributing to the development of coordinated solutions.
• Maintain and update BIM models to support accurate technical and design integration.
• Assist in aligning designs with codes, standards, and compliance requirements (knowledge of EMEA regulations is a plus).
• Research materials, finishes, and construction methods to support project decisions.
• Collaborate virtually with senior team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate directly with senior experts on high-profile projects in London and across EMEA.
• Assist in model reviews, clash checks, and coordination exercises across teams.
• Provide clear updates to senior team members on progress and technical challenges.
• Engage proactively with internal teams and external consultants to support integrated project delivery.
• Develop and refine design details that align with construction practices and project standards.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in BIM-based design integration and model coordination.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and global team environment.
• Exposure to workplace or commercial interior projects preferred.
• Familiarity with construction practices, detailing, and cross-discipline project workflows.
• Familiarity with visualization tools and workflows (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape) is an advantage.
