Oversees cross-training per Production Manager’s direction, maintains the training matrix, and ensures tool calibration is completed and current.
Identifies and reports production issues, proactively collaborates with other departments to resolve them, and supports continuous improvement efforts.
Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
Conducts SAP transactions throughout the production process, updates reports and metrics, and uses computer systems to access production-related documentation.
Empowers the team, coordinates employees to fulfill work schedules, and serves as backup for the Production Manager, performing additional duties as directed.
Applies Lean principles such as 5S/6S, 8 Wastes, VSM, Kaizens, and Standard Work, and actively participates in maintaining clean, safe work areas.

5+ years’ work experience in manufacturing environment
Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Benefits
