The role manages existing revenue and develops new opportunities within large and complex industrial accounts in the San Antonio and New Braunfels, Texas area. The position is primarily remote but requires regular travel throughout the territory. The incumbent will work closely with the industrial sales team and internal stakeholders.
Core duties include building and maintaining relationships with customers, guiding junior account executives, and achieving revenue targets. The employee will identify new waste streams, devise pricing and contract strategies, and develop a sales plan that aligns with division objectives. Collaboration with Technical Service Representatives ensures comprehensive support from waste profiling to regulatory updates.
The work environment blends office and field settings, with routine use of standard office equipment and occasional plant or site visits. The role involves both inside‑office activities and outside‑sales engagements.
Candidates must hold an accredited bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma/GED combined with five years of relevant experience, including at least five years in a scientific or technical field. Strong knowledge of waste regulations such as RCRA, TSCA, and CERCLA is required.
