Construction Project Manager

Description

• Manage subcontracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all related documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress, enforce safety standards, confirm quality, and resolve issues.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions that maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
• Lead on-site personnel and subcontractor teams to ensure coordinated, efficient project execution.
• Oversee and manage hospitality renovation projects from initial planning through final closeout.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Procore, PlanSwift, or Microsoft Project.
• Proven track record managing commercial or hospitality renovation projects, ideally up to $15M.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work on-site as needed.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, building codes, and renovation sequencing.
