Manage subcontracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all related documentation.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress, enforce safety standards, confirm quality, and resolve issues.
Identify risks early and implement solutions that maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
Lead on-site personnel and subcontractor teams to ensure coordinated, efficient project execution.
Oversee and manage hospitality renovation projects from initial planning through final closeout.
Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who thrives in fast-paced renovation environments and wants to grow with a company known for quality workmanship and efficient project delivery.
Proficiency with project management platforms such as Procore, PlanSwift, or Microsoft Project.
Proven track record managing commercial or hospitality renovation projects, ideally up to $15M.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel to project sites and work on-site as needed.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, building codes, and renovation sequencing.
