Central Dispatch

Description

The Dispatcher plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction by overseeing the ordering process across multiple concrete plants, coordinating with a team of dispatchers, and modeling best practices in safety and quality.

• Answer incoming calls and communications with customers, always going the extra mile.
• Collaborate with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate concrete delivery.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to delivery schedules, product quality, and service.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss operational challenges, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements
