The Infrastructure Analyst supports the Line 1 and Line 2 service desks, interacting with customers on technology queries, issues, concerns and requests to deliver world‑class support for Dexus staff, partners and guests.
The role involves day‑to‑day technology support at both 1st and 2nd level, contributing to new initiatives such as implementing tools and systems, managing the Techbar walk‑in service, handling service‑desk tickets and phone calls, and providing audio‑visual support for high‑profile events and meetings.
Candidates should have at least a Higher School Certificate or equivalent, and certifications in Microsoft, Citrix or Cisco are highly regarded. A proven track record in technology support with exceptional customer service is required, alongside core experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, Teams, OneDrive). Additional experience with Citrix, networking, Cisco, Aruba, SCCM, Intune/MDM and meeting‑room platforms such as Creston and Polycom is advantageous, especially in high‑end corporate environments.
