Description

• Identify cost‑saving and revenue‑growth initiatives, emphasizing GIS platform enhancements.
• Develop business cases with stakeholders to align projects with growth strategy and organizational goals.
• Create detailed roadmaps, project plans, timelines, milestones, and allocate resources.

Requirements

The Innovation and Optimization team is seeking a Program Manager, Optimization (Wind) with deep renewable‑energy expertise. The role involves identifying improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, streamlining operational workflows, and driving projects from planning through execution to successful delivery. Success depends on effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to meet objectives on time and within budget.

• Required experience: renewable‑energy background, Bachelor’s (MBA preferred), 3+ years with ESRI/GIS, and proven management of multiple $1M+ projects.

Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $140,000 USD, reflecting Pearce’s commitment to pay equity and transparency.
