The company is seeking an Assistant Closing Manager‑MTG to support Closing Management by monitoring the pipeline for the Closing Center, responding to loan closer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This role serves as the primary contact for branch offices and may act as backup for the Closing Manager or Regional Closing Manager.
The position requires overseeing loan funding timeliness, maintaining loan closer pipeline pace, monitoring team performance for quality and training needs, and reconciling post‑closing servicing issues. Additional duties include reviewing Trust and Power of Attorney documents, assisting branches with closing questions, and closing Super Jumbo and Management loans as needed.
Supervisory responsibilities include managing two or more employees, assisting with recruiting, training, and hiring, and conducting test case reviews for new hires. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, have three to five years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
