The Project Administrator works closely with the project management team to develop action plans, manage schedules, risks, and budgets, and handle administrative duties such as maintaining documentation and addressing financial queries. Strong time‑management and communication skills are essential for coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to thrive under pressure without sacrificing quality. They possess excellent problem‑solving abilities, clear communication, and a proactive attitude toward getting the job done.
Successful applicants will have at least five years of experience in fast‑paced administrative roles, preferably within construction, restoration, property management, or insurance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, a typing speed of 40 WPM, and strong customer‑service and clerical skills are required.

- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role is essential
- 5+ years of experience working in either construction, restoration, property management/strata or insurance preferred
