
As the Technical Solutions Manager – Solutions for the London area you will be instrumental in developing a bank of sales specifications opportunities taking into account all Baxi ranges to meet customers’ needs as the market continues to move to decarbonized options
To use your contacts, relationships and specification details to facilitate the targeted business and profitability levels as dictated by the company.
Highly numerate, ability to turn data into information and action.
Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate this across key external and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge/understanding and ownership of government framework agreements.
Extensive experience within a technical and engineering discipline or be educated to HND/Degree level.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and interpret the market, products and services.
Worked across multiple segments and applications in the construction industry.
Experience in successfully implementing a low carbon and high efficiency agenda.
Ability to use mathematical concepts to create solutions for presentation and implementation to a non-technical audience.
Proven track record of delivering lead generation and sales across multiple channels and multiple market segments.
Experience within a highly technical B2B manufacturing environment.
Excellent all-round communicator, possessing strong electronic, written and oral communication abilities, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Broad knowledge of UK construction and routes to market.
Experience of senior level negotiation and dealing within conflict.
