Coordinate with Gas Control to avoid and/or minimize adverse impacts on the operation of the Terminal and our customers

Assist in the planning, directing and control of contracted resources.
Assist with security of the Terminal
Assist in the planning, administration and control of capital and maintenance budgets.
Know and educate employees on company policies and procedures
Monitor and implement Health/Safety/ Security/ Environmental (HSSE) processes (Hot Work, Permit to Work, Confined Space, etc.)
Ensure the accurate measurement of liquefied natural gas entering the Terminal as well as the accurate measurement of the natural gas being delivered from the Terminal to delivery points on other pipelines.
Plans and schedules work crews, contractors and construction support services to meet deadlines
Supervise the operation of the plant equipment in the most efficient manner possible while ensuring the overall process safety
Responsible for the safe, efficient and effective operation of the equipment, systems and infrastructure at Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) import and export terminal
Must respond to and address call-outs and emergencies after regular business hours
This supervisory position is expected to have a hands on approach, (performing rounds, minor maintenance and plant operations) working 12 hour shifts on a rotating shift schedule with a potential for overtime.
Review technical drawings and documents and provide guidance to the LNG Operations Engineering group
May be required to achieve and maintain certifications as required to perform job duties
Operate the terminal within production limits, alarms and key performance indicators
Ensure the regulatory and company training requirements are met for self and employees
Continuously observe Terminal processes and recommend process improvements
Enter confined spaces
Provide leadership and management of approximately 5-10 operations team members that form one of four teams that will staff and operate the terminal 24 hours a day, seven days a week

An Associate's degree or equivalent related experience is desired
Strong customer focus in dealing with engineering, field operations, and other internal and external groups
Post offer medical examination pursuant to PHMSA 49CFR193 regulations
CMMS experience; (Maximo preferred)
Ability to effectively lead others in the completion of work; Motivate coach, and develop teams
Work management system experience
Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements
Must be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisor(s), prioritize and adhere to established work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience
May be required to carry a company-provided cell phone/pager, and be available to respond during working and non-working hours

Ability to maintain detailed records; Proficient in the use of computers for maintaining records and e-mail communications
