Working knowledge of DEQ, EPA, AWWA, and local utility design/construction standards
Can effectively search, navigate, and interpret contract documents.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite programs; specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
Possesses organizational skills and is detail oriented.
SWPPP certification (desired).
This position may require frequent travel by motor vehicle.
