A minimum of 5 years of experience in manual software quality assurance testing is required.
2 years minimum leading a software testing team
Basic knowledge of browser development tools
Applied knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and SQL scripting
BS degree in Computer Science or a proven related technical discipline. Equivalent work experience may be accepted
Experience in Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and PaaS & SaaS
Familiarity with system navigation, file management, and integration of Office tools with QA platforms such as Azure DevOps is preferred
Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communications skills
Solid understanding of QA methodologies.
Familiar with Agile Scrum Methodology
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a Windows 11 environment, leveraging Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support quality assurance workflows, including documentation, defect tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
The ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Ability to step up in a fast-paced environment and be accountable.
Experience in a Public Safety Communications Center is highly desirable
