Manage project-specific budgets, track all expenditures, allocate and manage resources to optimise project performance ensuring installations are completed cost-effectively.
Negotiating key targets/dates with relevant stake holders/cooperate clients

Identifying and capturing project variances and additional charges throughout the lifecycle of each project, ensuring accurate financial tracking and recovery communicating/negotiating any uplift in charges to the customer.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and manage expectations
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions
Maintain and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols and quality control standards.
Ensure effective and efficient internal handover and sign off processes maximising customer experience.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead the execution of project plans, managing day-to-day activities and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client specifications
Involvement at the assessment, scoping and pre-contract stage, working closely with Commercial Managers to support the development of costings and commercial strategies
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle
