The Director will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics and all product lines within the CHAVC and RLC/VRF segments. This includes strategic planning, operational excellence, cultural adaptation, and ensuring facilities meet or exceed performance, quality, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and define a clear footprint in India.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and policy compliance.
- Ensure product quality through robust quality control processes.
- Optimize allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials for maximum efficiency.
- Manage operational budgets with cost‑effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead, develop, and mentor operational managers and supervisors to foster high‑performing teams.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.

Candidates must have more than 15 years of operations and manufacturing experience in an MNC environment, proven P&L leadership across diverse product portfolios, and strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities. Leadership, sound judgment, project management, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks are essential, and travel up to 25 % may be required.
