BIM Architect

Description

As a BIM Modeler at Collective AEC, you transform design ideas into intelligent, buildable digital models.

You’ll work with architects, engineers, and automation teams to create precise Revit models, clean documentation, and data-rich outputs—ensuring every line, parameter, and element reflects our signature quality.

• Communicate progress, challenges, and delivery timelines to seniors.
• Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantity takeoffs from the model.
• Follow company BIM standards, templates, and naming conventions.
• Create views, sheets, schedules, tags, and annotation sets.
• Incorporate markups, redlines, and client review comments.
• Maintain model health—clean work sets, purge, manage warnings.
• Support multi-discipline coordination and resolve modeling issues.
• Develop high-quality Revit models for architecture/interiors/structure.
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team for model audits.

Requirements

• Ability to read architectural/engineering plans.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP depending on project).
• Understanding of modeling best practices (LOD, families, parameters).
• Team player with clear communication skills.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Dynamo or interest in automation.
• Attention to detail, consistency, and technical accuracy.
