Sales Representative

Description

You’ll act as the key link between Olympia Tile and our professional contractor clients. You’ll manage existing accounts, prospect for new business, and promote our extensive range of tile and stone products through presentations, showroom visits, and industry events.

• Conduct client visits and product presentations to promote our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors.
• Manage existing customer accounts through regular contact, support, and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, resolve product or order issues, and coordinate with internal departments.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, design trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop new business opportunities and prospect within assigned territories.
• Represent Olympia Tile at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• 3–5 years of outside sales or account management experience, ideally in construction, design, or building materials.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory (70-80% of the time).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
