Tasks

-Champion world-class quality in product development and support. -Assess and optimize application performance parameters. -Ensure the team receives clear, consistent messaging and understands business direction, strategy, and results. -Drive efficiency across teams by eliminating duplication and leveraging product and technology reuse. -Identification of misalignments with goals, objectives, and organizational strategy, with suggestions for course correction. -Define, develop, and evolve software in a fast-paced, agile environment using modern technologies and infrastructure. -Effective measurement of deliverables for self and team against commitments, balancing competing objectives. -Translate requirements and vision into prioritized user stories, delivering solutions on schedule and to quality standards. -Facilitate knowledge transfer by engaging subject matter experts. -Support process improvements guiding development, sustaining, and support activities. -Work cross-functionally with other business departments to ensure alignment of activities and deliverables. -Ownership of small and medium-sized tasks, mentoring and supporting team members. -Apply SDLC principles and methodologies such as Lean, Agile, CI, software and product security, scalability, documentation practices, refactoring, and testing techniques. -Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using selected technologies. -Collaborate with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements and vision. -Partner with product line leaders and architects to develop multi-generation software technology plans. -Provide technical leadership to an agile team of 5-7 developers. -Proactively share relevant information across the team with appropriate detail and timeliness.

What You Bring

-Expert proficiency in Angular (v8+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. -Excellent interpersonal skills. -Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). -Prior coaching and mentoring experience. -Proven experience integrating Angular applications with backend services via RESTful APIs or GraphQL. -Effective team building and problem-solving abilities. -Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and state management -Ability to present clear rationales, address mutual needs, and negotiate win-win solutions. -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). -Ability to break down problems, document issues, and estimate efforts. -Strong oral and written communication skills. -5+ years of professional experience in frontend development in enterprise web applications. -Skill in analyzing the impact of technology choices. -Ability to design and implement robust error handling, loading states, and data caching strategies. -Working knowledge of Python for integration and backend collaboration. -Initiative to explore alternative technologies and approaches to problem-solving. -Background in software projects within the Energy domain (Energy Management, Oil & Gas, Power & Water).
