Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices
Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred or any equivalent.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring teams
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control processes, and safety regulations
Minimum 15 years of experience as Resident Engineer/Senior Resident Engineer, with a focus on large-scale projects. Minimum total years of experience is 20 years.
In-depth understanding of the construction industry and local building codes in Dubai, UAE
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Contract management and oversight practiciing skills is a must.
